About C & C Demolition

Gaius J Cunningham has been the owner and main component of C&C Salvage and Demolition since its organization in August of 1977, with experience in the salvage and demolition field dating back into the late sixties.  His safety record is unsurpassed in the industry.  The crew is experienced in salvage, demolition and excavation.  Gaius is a hands on owner and operator and is working on each and every job, every day.  Our equipment is well maintained so as to start and complete any sized project on time, with in the allotted budget and with out down time.

When time allows and we can take the time to salvage a building we pride ourselves in fact that we are able to send less debris to the county landfill than any other demolition company in this area.  This is due to experience Gaius has had in the salvage business.  Just one example is a project we completed in the summer of 1999.  We demolished two large buildings for the Idaho State School and Hospital in Nampa.  The buildings were approximately 90’X50’, 2 story with basements.  One was solid concrete and the other was wood frame.  We salvaged and recycled the materials and only one load of debris was taken to the county landfill. It is our company policy to employ laborers to dismantle and recycle materials instead of randomly sending all demolition debris to the landfills.  The cost in wages is about equal to the savings in landfill costs.  We take great pride in doing our part to help the quality of our local environment.     When time is of the essence we are always able to remove any amount of buildings with the utmost speed as well as in an untarnished safety record.

We would appreciate the opportunity to submit a bid for any demolition project.
