Over the past years we have completed projects from removing one interior wall to gutting entire buildings on the following selective Demolition jobs As far as total demolition is concerned we have removed single family homes, to entire blocks of homes. Commercial buildings covering up to 80 acres family dwellings & including 3 story solid commercial structures both interior and Total Demolition:

Total Demolition and Site Clearing

• United Heritage Insurance Building, 35,000 sq.ft. of commercial building including 3 houses with garages, trailer park, city street, tree removal and leveling of 8 acres. Located on 12th Ave Rd in Nampa Idaho.

• Brookwood Sub on Eagle Rd included removal of 3 houses, barns, trees, grubbing and clearing to accommodate new housing development in Eagle Idaho.

• Shelley Jr High.  Interior demo and clean up of burned school. The school was to be rebuilt.  Upon engineering examination of buildings after all burned remains were removed it was determined the school was unsafe so the entire school was demolished.  Located in Shelley Idaho.

• Canyon County Vehicle Maintenance Building.  The county requested that the buildings be razed by hand so as to utilize their work release inmates.  We accommodated them as much as possible and still maintain a safe work place.  Located in Caldwell Idaho

• Ada County Highway Dist.  Misc. buildings, motels, housed and any improvements that interfered with new roadways were demolished.  Located in Ada County  Idaho.

• Nampa State School and Hospital.  Two buildings were demolished , one frame building 50’ X100’ 3 story with basement and one 3 story solid concrete. The lumber was salvaged and resold leaving only one load of debris to taken to the local sanitary landfill. All none useable wood products were recycled into wood chips and the concrete debris was recycled into backfill and road base. The grounds were backfilled and seeded into lawn.  Located in Nampa Idaho.

• Mercury Dealership on 25th & State.  The buildings and parking lots were demolished and when the footings and foundations were being removed buried asbestos was discovered.  The property was excavated and clean fill material replaced so a new Chevron/McDonalds could be built in its place.  Located in Boise Idaho.

• Idaho Tuberculosis Hospital, 150’X 400’ 4 story concrete building built in 1950’s.  The building was constructed to also be used as a bomb shelter. Basement was backfilled and grounds leveled.  Located in Gooding Idaho.

• Gooding Deaf and Blind School. 

Demolished the girl’s dormitory.

Located in Gooding Idaho.

• Ponderosa Inn.  20 acres with three motels,

convention center and two swimming pools.

Located in Burley Idaho.

• UPRR Pacific Fruit Express.
